You Won’t Believe This Oura Ring Dupe!
What if I told you that I found a $400+ device …. for only $40?
I know… it almost sounds too good to be true. As someone who has been eyeing the Oura Ring for a couple of years now, I cannot even describe how quickly I put this dupe in my cart when I found it. Because to me, the possibility of getting a $400+ product I had been wanting for years for only $40 was well worth the risk of it being a complete fail.
Now that’s not to say I wasn’t a little skeptical. While I’m all for thrifting and all for a good dupe, when it comes to technology, in my experience the off brand versions typically don’t even come close to comparing. Combined with the lack of reviews, I didn’t have the highest of hopes for this.
But spoiler alert… it wasn’t a fail. In fact it may be the best dupe I’ve found in a long long time.
The Best Dupe
When I say this dupe is good. I mean it makes it really really hard to justify spending $400 on the name brand good. Why?… scratch that… HOW could you spend that kind of money when you can get all the same features for only $40?

Pro’s
On top of looking almost identical and having almost all of the same exact features, there are actually some advantages I think the dupe has over the original!
Only $40!!! ( Instead of $400 - $500! ) I mean it’s almost a no brainer!
Super Lightweight. As someone who prefers dainty jewelry, I was a bit worried about how bulky this ring is, but it truly feels so lightweight I hardly notice I’m wearing it!
The App Is FREE! Instead of a monthly membership like Oura. ( In my opinion this is the most valuable part of this dupe, a monthly subscription to be able to use a product I already spent big money on just doesn’t feel good for me and so I really appreciate being able to use the free app!)
Con’s
Now obviously, there are going to be some things that the dupe just can’t do at the same level as the original that has the name and the price behind it. These are the things that I honestly think the original still does better and I do feel I’m missing with the dupe;
The dupe feels a little cheap, the metal color is a little off, more rose gold when it’s supposed to be true gold.
Doesn’t pair with Natural Cycles to track your temp and cycle in detail like Oura. As someone who loves this app for tracking my cycle, I really would love to be able to utilize this integration.
Doesn’t have the ability to store info without the bluetooth on ( higher EMF’s than Oura). The ability to be able to lessen my EMF exposure while still getting the same functionality would be valuable.
My Personal Favorite Features
After using it for over a month now, these are some of the things I LOVE about this ring;
Tracking my steps around the house , workouts and runs. As someone who has never had an apple watch I am LOVING this! Because now I can see a much more accurate representation of how much I am moving throughout the day working on projects and such without having to physically carry my phone.
Tracking my sleep. I love being able to see not just how much I slept but being able to see the quality of the sleep I got and then how it will overall effect my energy for the day!
I love the way it looks. Being able to have such a comprehensive fitness tracker without it being a bulky apple watch or fit bit is awesome. I love that is actually looks classy and stylish and goes with whatever other jewelry I’m wearing.
So , if you’ve been eyeing the Oura ring forever like I have, this is your chance to basically get one for less than 1/10th of the cost. WILD.
For reference I ordered mine in the gold and it’s a size 8. I would recommend using their sizing chart to determine the size you need because the sizing is different than standard ring sizing but the chart worked very accurately for me!
