Daily Vitamins for Energy

I’ve not shared much about this, but for the past couple of years I have really been struggling with my hormones and my energy. So I’ve been on a mission to repair and optimize my health again so I can feel my best and actually have the energy to do the things I want to do! 

That is when I started working to build and perfect my vitamin stack. And after a solid year of testing, I’m feeling the best I have in a long time, and I finally have enough energy to get me through the day! Here is the daily vitamin stack that has helped me feel better and reclaim my energy!

My Top 3 Must Haves 

I have been working on adding to and perfecting my vitamin stack for over a year now, so I know that my daily vitamin stack has gotten rather large. But if I had to narrow it down to only three, there is ZERO doubt in my mind that these would be my must haves…

Magnesium

I had no idea how much we as women need magnesium to function. Like depending on the form of magnesium , it impacts our hormones, our digestion , our sleep… you name it! 

However, this formula from JSHealth actually is a triple form, which means it covers all of your magnesium bases. Giving you better sleep, energy, improving the functioning of your hormones and most noticeably for me… my digestion! 

I cannot miss a day of my magnesium or I FEEL it. Definitely a must have for me! 

Probiotic

While we are on the topic of digestion… a quality probiotic is a game changer. Especially with the quality of our food in the U.S. 

I started taking this probiotic after I had already been taking the magnesium above, so my “ regularness” was already going pretty well.

So what I actually noticed was my SKIN dramatically improved and was far less prone to random little breakouts around my mouth and forehead. And I really believe it’s because my gut health was being taken care of finally!

No one is more surprised than me that this one is on my list at all. 

To be completely honest , I try to avoid random supplement “compilations” that promise some result ( like debloat pills, or skin pills, or hair pills, etc. ) . I much prefer to do my research and see which core supplements and vitamins help improve the thing I want to improve and then go straight to the source and just take that vitamin itself. 

HOWEVER… I received this supplement for free during one of my restocks and I honestly just put it in the back of the cabinet and ignored it at first. But I had really been struggling with my energy over the past year ( hence having a vitamin stack at all!) and one day out of curiosity I just looked at the back of the bottle. I was shocked to discover that it was the most loaded and amazing multivitamin for energy ( not sure why I was so shocked when that is literally what it is for lol ) but inside this formula is B6 and B12 , Zinc , Selenium , Biotin, Vitamin C and more…

And when I tell you that within a month, I went from legitimately being exhausted after a load of laundry and answering some emails to actually having FULL, productive days and not feeling exhausted, I mean the difference has actually changed my life. And so this one is for sure a must have for me now. 

My Other Daily Favorites

Okay these are my other daily supplements I take because I think that they help overall to how I feel.

But to be completely honest, if a miss a day or two, I don’t really notice a huge difference. ( Where with the stack above I feel a HUGE difference!)

But with these guys, I know that when I am consistent with them , I feel my best! So I do still think they are valuable to have in my daily stack! 

Vitamin D for overall mood and energy. ( Because I am not the best about getting as much sunshine as I would like to! )

Turmeric for reducing inflammation in the body. 

Fish Oil also helps with inflammation but is also really good for your brain and focus and also for your heart too!
